Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

All Sales Final

• Due to food safety regulations, all sales are final.
• No returns or exchanges on food or beverage items

Order Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before completing payment.
• Please notify us immediately of any issues at the time of pickup so we may correct them if possible.

Preorders

• Preorders must be placed before the stated cutoff time.
• Failure to pick up an order during the scheduled pickup window may result in forfeiture without refund.

• We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Event Changes or Cancellations

• Events may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather, venue limitations, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Refunds or credits for canceled events are issued at Spicevow’s discretion.

Limitation of Liability

• Spicevow is not responsible for allergic reactions, personal preferences, or individual sensitivities.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the item purchased.
• Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, menus, photos, and branding are the property of Spicevow and may not be used without permission.

Conduct

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or abusive behavior.
